of all kittens/cats is accompanied with a written agreement
(contract) defining mutual commitments of both the Seller and the
Purchaser.

1.
Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased or
given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or
similar facility without written permission of the Seller.
2.
This animal shall be taken good care of and provided with
adequate veterinary service.
3.
This animal is purchased for_____ Pet _____Breeding
_____Show.
4.
In the event that this animal has been sold as Breeder
class, the Purchaser has no right to claim against Seller for
unsatisfactory breeding.
5.
In the event that this animal has been sold as Show class,
the Seller is not responsible for future exhibition career, which
is depends on the care provided and the cultivation in the new
home.
6.
If this animal is found to be neglected or mistreated,
Purchaser will surrender said animal to the Seller unconditionally
with all its registration and exhibition documents without any
cash refund.
7.
There will no refund on deposits made.
8.
The Purchaser has 3 days to examine the animal and consult
a veterinarian at his or her own expense. The Seller is obligated
to take the animal back with synchronous repayment or provide a
replacement animal during the 3 days from the date of sale
assuming the purchaser has provided written cause from the
veterinarian confirming the ill health of the animal.
9.
There will be no repayment after the 3-day waiting period.
10.
Any legal action resulting from this purchase will be the
responsibility of both parties individually.
11.
The Purchaser and Seller agree to all the terms of this
contract and their signatures verify this.
